Inside the artist portal

Invited artists have a direct line to the label. The portal brings agreements, release preparation, private listening links and communication into one place.

Artist accounts remain private until reviewed. Public profiles and press kits tell the story outside; the dashboard keeps the work organized inside.

Machine Gun Records portal features:

  • Public label website — artist roster, latest releases, music playback, news, merch, and live room.
  • Invite-only artist accounts — private onboarding and admin approval.
  • Artist profiles / EPKs — biographies, banners, photos, social links, music, videos, galleries, and downloadable press kits.
  • Music management — audio uploads, FFmpeg conversion, waveform playback, duration detection, seeking, continuous playback, and track deletion.
  • Release management — singles, EPs, albums, playlists, promotional releases, artwork, ordered tracklists, release dates, editing, and deletion.
  • Private listening links — share tracks or releases with expiration dates, revocation, and play tracking.
  • Guided release agreements — step-by-step questionnaires, recording schedules, electronic signatures, admin countersigning, and saved PDF/digital copies.
