## Woke Stoic — Artist Bio

Woke Stoic is a Dayton, Ohio–based artist who turns lived experience, political unrest, personal trauma, and philosophical reflection into music that refuses to be confined by genre. Blending the crushing intensity of deathcore and metalcore with trap, industrial electronics, hip-hop, and cinematic sound design, Woke Stoic creates music that is as confrontational as it is deeply human.

A U.S. Navy veteran, lifelong antifascist, producer, writer, and founder of Machine Gun Records, Woke Stoic approaches every release as more than entertainment. Each song is a statement—an examination of power, identity, survival, mental health, social conflict, and the struggle to remain compassionate in an increasingly hostile world. Aggressive vocals, distorted low-end, haunting atmospheres, and emotionally exposed writing collide to create a sound built for listeners who have survived something.

The Woke Stoic universe is heavily influenced by dystopian science fiction, underground counterculture, political resistance, and the tension between rage and self-control. Releases such as *Circadiac*, an expansive 32-track project released in April 2026, explore altered consciousness, isolation, technology, reality, and personal transformation. Tracks including “WHITE RABBIT,” “UNBOUND,” “THERE IS NO SPOON,” and “YOU FOUND ME BEFORE I LOST MYSELF” reflect an artist unafraid to move between brutality, vulnerability, experimentation, and cinematic storytelling.

Visually and sonically, Woke Stoic operates within “The Desert of the Real”—a dark multimedia world where music, artwork, performance, and social commentary converge. Whether delivering punishing breakdowns, hypnotic electronic passages, politically charged verses, or moments of stark introspection, Woke Stoic’s work is united by a single purpose: to confront uncomfortable truths and create something meaningful from the wreckage.
